Competition Terms and Conditions

1.         Entry

1.1       Entry is open to all by email. One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Entries should be sent to debbie@sindyclothes.com and must include the answers and the entrants name.

1.2        The opening date and time for the competition is xxxxxxx and the closing date is xxxxxxx. Any entries received before or after these times will be discounted. In order to enter you must spot and list the 10 differences.

2.         The Prize

2.1    The first correct entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize. The winner will be contacted via the email address they have used to enter after the closing date and time of the competition. If they cannot be contacted or do not respond as specified within 28 days of having been contacted, then the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next correct entrant drawn and thereafter until a winner is found.

2.2        The prize is a Limited Edition from the Sindyclothes range of the winners choice. The winners name will be shown on the site.

2.3        No cash equivalent or alternative prize will be given. However, Sindyclothes.com reserves the right to change the prize due to circumstances beyond its control or to offer an alternative of similar value.

2.4        In the event that the winner does not, or is unable to, comply with and meet these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter shall be entitled at its discretion to disqualify the winner, without any further liability to the winner.

3.         Data Protection

3.1    Your name and email address will not be used for any other purpose and will not be kept after the winner has been found.

4.         General Terms

4.1        The Promoter Sindyclothes.com is not responsible for network or communication failures of any kind or for entries that are incomplete or incomprehensible or not received. Such entries will be void.

4.2           The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity.

Entries that are incorrect or incomplete will be void. No refund will be made for the cost of any entry. In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the operation of any part of the competition, the decision of Sindyclothes.com shall be final.

To save time and money, if you change your mind and decide you do not want your order then , if work has not begun, a full refund will be given. If special fabrics have been purchased and time spent, then a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your order, also p&p costs if sent. However items that are unusual and made to your specifications are non refundable.
